From Samode we headed across country to Shahpura for another purely western activity, a camel cart ride. We were certainly a spectacle as we went through the streets, then the fields. They don't get many westerners apparently. Our guide brought us by camel cart to our guide's family homes. It's not really a village, but a cluster of homes belonging just to the family in the middle of their land.

After our tea with the family we headed back to town for lunch and then again we load on the bus and onto Jaipur.
Shahpura House - our hotel in Delhi, decked out for Diwali. Not to dwell, but I caught a porter rifling through our travel mates purse when I stopped by their room. Nothing was taken as far as we can tell but boy did my adrenaline shoot up. We had a leisurely dinner with some dancers.
